our service aims to enable organisations to achieve the quality health outcomes
and standards of service they aspire to. Whether it has

- providing a Practice Based Commissioned (PBC) primary care specialist
diabetes service.
- providing education for people with the health problems of diabetes,
obesity, hypertension and/or cardiovascular disease,
- providing education for health professionals and others working in
public services or industry
- providing educational literature and product suitability
- or
clinical service redesign, development or delivery clinical
services
